Financial values are as of the last valuation date and may not
reflect transactions processed since then. Your account will be
updated as of the prior business day's close of business.

Whose date of birth should be used in the
registration process?
The insured's or participant's date of birth should be used in the
registration process.
What are the
password specifications?
Password can be a minimum of four characters and a maximum of 20
characters. The password can be a combination of letters and/or
numbers and should be easy to remember.
What happens if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, a "Forgot my password"
button is available from the login screen. The forgotten password
screen will provide a hint that will help you remember your
password.
What happens if I lock my account?
Your account will be locked after the password has been entered
incorrectly three times. The purpose of locking your account is to
prevent someone from accessing your account without your
permission.
If the system detects no activity for 15 minutes, you will
automatically be logged off of the system. This procedure is to
protect your account from unauthorized access in the event you did
not log off the system and your information was available for
unauthorized viewing. To access your account again, you will be
required to enter your user ID and password.
How can I be sure that my information will be secure?
The security and privacy of your information is very important to

What are the associated ticker
symbols for the investment accounts?
The investment accounts offered through these products are not
mutual funds and are not available to the general public. That
means they do not have ticker symbols and cannot be tracked
through the newspaper or other traditional means. You can,
however, view these variable investment accounts in the Lipper and
Morningstar variable annuity report.
